Glasgow-Must hold a driving license as travel is required £385/day Umbrella £447/day LTD Initial 6 months contract Experience needed: •Must be a Qualified Building Surveyor. •Understanding of statutory and industry requirements for building and construction works including the Building Regulations, CDM Regulations and Planning & Consents Processes. •Must have a good understanding of track safety, railway possessions regime and rail industry construction requirements. •Understanding of statutory and / or rail industry requirements for maintenance and construction. •MRICS qualified. •Full Driving Licence. What you will do: The role will be supporting the management of the delivery of the enhancement and renewals programmes. You will need to provide professional building surveying guidance to support compliance with statutory legislation and minimise my client’s risks.
