Overview

HR Business Partner London based with some travel required around our UK offices. OYO needs you if you want to: Partnering - Provide support, coaching and challenge to deliver actions that’ll drive people and organisation performance, including development of their own leadership. People plans - Develop and integrate the people dimension into business plans and support the delivery of the global People Blueprint. Maximise business and people data to ensure HR activity is focused and has a clear ROI? Performance management - champion high performance culture across your functions. Coach, influence, up-skill and encourage senior leaders to provide clear direction, and line managers to provide continuous goal clarity, feedback and development. Collaborate with the business to fully understand the key business performance issues, objectives and drivers, and associated people requirements for both the current and future business challenges. Flexing advice between Core established business and Start Up business with different needs Ensure workforce capability is an integral factor in business area business strategy Contribute to the formulation, development and implementation of HR strategy linked to business objectives and KPIs Work with the Talent team to ensure hiring is of quality by working in partnership with hiring managers around capability and structure Maintaining positive employee motivation and relations at a time of major change Dealing with ambiguity and line management in an advisory and consultative manner, often coaching through difficult situations In partnership with learning colleagues, supports and participates with the delivery and design of HR training (e.g. lunch and learns) as required, in order to support the development of management skills and knowledge. Coaches managers to support them in dealing with all people related issues. Delivers expert advice and coaching to leaders and managers to drive high levels of engagement and performance, ensuring that a coaching culture permeates the organisation. Supports cultural, change management and engagement programmes that reinforce OYO’s mission, values and guiding principles OYO need you because you have: Experience of working in a business facing role with senior managers Are driven, commercial, and ambitious to succeed A high degree of expertise in dealing successfully with Employee Relations Excellent Employment Law knowledge Resilient with excellent stakeholder management skills Ability to be empathetic and tactful yet firm in difficult situations Solid experience in a fast-paced HR environment Will have a proven track record of effective consultation with management Proven confidence to challenge line managers on key HR business decisions and actions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills A track record of taking the initiative and delivering great outcomes Multi-site experience Who are we?
