CACI are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Voice Engineer to work on a number of projects in London & the Home Counties. Skills and experience needed for the Voice Engineer: Proven track record on configuration and or low-level maintenance on Mitel MX-one Version 5 & 6 Solidus contact centre solution. V9 Installation and configuration of Mitel range of instruments 67xx 68xx 69xx, TA7xx and UC360 etc Voicemail - Onebox (Desirable) Voice recording - Redbox and or Nice CF3 and NRX As the Voice Engineer, you will have a pivotal role in the company and be the go-to expert for any Voice and Infrastructure issues. You will also work with some high-profile customers and projects to help transform their business.
