Business Change Manager x 2 - Southampton Agile Delivery, Change Management Principles, Process Management, Insurance / Claims, Strategy, Roadmaps, Configuration Management My client, a leading Organisation within the Insurance / Financial Services Sector, are now looking for a number of Business Change Managers for Southampton (Travel is to be expected) to help with their Major Business Transformation across the group. These positions will be responsible for ensuring delivery of the Change Management program within a specified business unit of our Company, whilst providing support as required to the wider Change Management team. The position holder will be accountable for the delivery of trouble free and highly available changes through effective, reliable and efficient Change Management. Working with various stakeholders including Product Owners, this position will focus on establishing guidelines for the control by creating actionable deliverables for the five change management levers as well as the implementation and notification of changes which affect our clients, product offerings, infrastructure and production environments. The position holder will be reliable for closely monitoring and constantly auditing both the change process and execution for continual improvement. · Experience engaging with senior level business leaders/stakeholders · Comprehensive knowledge five change management levers, particularly around Change & Configuration Management · Previous experience coaching and/or supporting management. · Experience of working within a change management position, experience in an insurance environment would be desirable Clear - We are customer focused, and this gives us complete clarity on where we’re going and why.
