Job Description
CMA HR is working with a large Southampton based business who are starting to prepare for the post lockdown "normal" and now looking to recruit additional HR Business Partner; this opportunity reports to the Director of HR and is to support in a generalist capacity along with getting involved in post lockdown project work. What will the role involve? * The HR Business Partner is responsible for driving and delivering the people plan and providing consultancy service to the business on; employee relations, reward, TUPE, acquisitions and change programmes * Support managers with the transition back to working in offices * Continuously monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislation and best practice, creating new policies as required. Suitable Candidate * Ideally the HR Business Partner will have commercial change and project experience along with generalist experience with employee relations, TUPE and reward exposure, with a CIPD qualification * Experience working in business partnering roles ideally in fast paced organisations would be beneficial * You should be forward-thinking and consultative in approach and possess solid generalist HR experience. This is an exciting and varied role with lots of autonomy and the ability to positively impact an already successful business.
