Being part of Ealing is being part of that commitment. Your new role You will be a front line contact for dealing with cases with regards to the well-being of children and families. In certain cases you will intervene by taking part in family visits in order to determine the severity of the case. Depending on the nature of the case, you will either deal with it and close the case or you will pass it on to another team accordingly. What you'll need to succeed You will be innovative, passionate and not afraid to work in a demanding environment. You will be a team player too; sharing knowledge and providing support to deliver the best possible outcomes for local families.
