Main Duties Like all roles at Thrive Tribe, you can expect your time at work to be fun, varied and challenging. We dont like to stick to a firm JD as we know from experience that things change throughout the lifetime of a role. However, so you know what to expect, here are the initial main duties for this role: * Help maintain the ethos and success of Thrive Tribe by managing relationships with your team, stakeholders and clients in line with the organisations culture and values. * Establish effective and reliable referral relationships with local community and health partners from a variety of settings including GPs, hospital trusts, mental health trusts and voluntary organisations. * Develop strong community links and reciprocal work with local partners so that Thrive Tribe and its local services is seen as the go-to prevention service in the area. * Promote services to priority groups in line with service KPIs. Focusing on marginalised groups, with an emphasis on BME engagement and residents of deprived areas. * Take a leading role with service promotion via online platforms such as social media (Facebook, Twitter) and monitoring and updating service websites. * Deliver outreach and attend meetings in the borough, with an aim of driving exemplary activity figures across the services. * Work with colleagues and Thrive Tribe's marketing team to deliver localised campaigns, often piggy-backing national campaigns such as Stoptober, Health Harms and Active10. * Be proactive in thinking of and implementing new ideas to help generate referrals. Contract: Permanent, Full time Salary: 22,000 Place of work: Based in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (Near Latimer Road), with regular travel throughout the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham . Youll also need to relate strongly to our values, as they run through everything we do, and have an interest in health and wellbeing. Of course, we are also looking for some experience for this role, as follows: * Excellent communication skills written and verbal. * Familiarity and experience with a range of computer software including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook. * A positive, pro-active approach to work that aligns with the values of Thrive Tribe. * A keen networker, with experience engaging stakeholders from health and community settings. * Motivation to generate ideas, plan and implement health improvement campaigns. * An understanding of health inequalities and the challenges of engaging priority populations. * Knowledge or experience of promoting a service and generating referrals to meet externally set targets.
