As a Referral Programme Manager you'll be an integral part of driving growth by managing our Referral Programme, one of our biggest acquisition channels for driving new customers. You will be passionate about driving and testing new strategies to significantly amplify referrals from our existing customers for both B2C and B2B offerings - and run targeted marketing campaigns, working with our marketing channel owners. You will be comfortable with data, working closely with our Compliance, Product and Data teams to manage the programme. This is a great opportunity to shape how the referral programme evolves and gain a wide breadth of marketing experience. Responsibilities * Lead management of our Referral Programme for both B2C and B2B audiences * Lead recommendations on pricing/referral promotion strategy, focused on customer segments that drive high lifetime value or provide the biggest growth opportunities * Be able to then implement these new offers and report out results * Drive repeat referrals via added incentives and work with CRM closely to promote this to our existing users * Guardrail the programme, working extremely closely with Compliance and Data teams to ensure no misuse of the programme and that legitimate referrals are being made * Work closely with Product Teams on how we can improve the Referral experience in-app and work with the teams to implement these changes * Look at competitor analysis and provide this feedback to relevant teams * Work with Marketing channel owners to promote the referral programme via CRM, Paid Social, Affiliates and Display channels * Data driven, extremely comfortable with extracting data/insights and using tio make recommendations to Senior Teams * Constantly looking for innovative ways to improve the programme * Manage the Referral Budget Requirements Must have: * A minimum of 5 years experience in a referral/loyalty-based role with experience managing a referral/loyalty programme * Familiar with both B2B and B2C desirable * Analytical background and comfortable working with lots of data to gain insights and report them out to teams * Able to work with digital marketing channel owners to promote the programme * Experience working with an app focused company is desirable * Experience with segmentation and looking at lifetime value/loyalty metrics * Ability to manage budgets and maximise ROI * Strong project management and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and internal/external teams while sticking to deadlines. * Autonomous, and a self starter individual, who is comfortable providing ideas for growth * Be accountable, collaboratively setting performance KPIs that are aligned to wider business goal Benefits * Competitive salary * 26 paid holidays * Private health insurance * Working in one of the hottest FinTech start-ups in Europe * Travel between our offices in Europe * Weekly restaurant-catered team lunch * Office snacks and lots of coffee * Regular social activities, including company Offsites * Working in a truly special team we believe in what we do!
