THE OPPORTUNITY: You will be a pivotal part of Arnold Ash Group’s approach to market. Working with FTSE100 clients to deliver on some of the largest and most fascinating programmes in the industry. We will provide you with everything you need to succeed; all the tools, support and infrastructure to ensure your job is as seamless as possible and in turn give you the opportunity to really grow and develop within our business. THE ROLE: Working within our Key Accounts, you’ll be working with FTSE100 organisations on a daily basis. Your role will have three main areas. - Research & Resource: Get to know and understand our client’s culture, needs and ambitions. Working creatively and systematically about how to approach candidates, building a strong network in your field and building a long-term pipeline of candidates suitable to our clients. - Market Knowledge & Networking: Through speaking to people on a daily basis, meeting them to fully qualify and understand their skills and building a strong network in your field you’ll gain invaluable market knowledge in our chosen niche. Over 85% of Arnold Ash Group’s successful assignments are completed with passive candidates and therefore engaging these candidates is essential to our success. EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND: We care more about the person than their background. That being said, these will definitely be beneficial: - 1 or more years’ experience in a professional office-based environment - Degree qualified / Graduate in any field - Energetic and ethical approach to work; taking pride in everything you do
