Overview
Badenoch Clark are delighted to be recruiting for a leading business services company in Central Bristol. We are looking for a qualified or almost qualified accountant to join their busy finance team. This role will be a varied and wide ranging finance role to cover various accounting tasks in the business. You will be responsible for month end accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, posting journals, monthly reporting and analysis, commentaries, bank recs, overseeing the transactions service team and also working as part of a project to improve and update the current systems and processes in the organisation. This role would suit a qualified accountant with experience in a similar role and strong Excel skills. You should be investigative and able to explain complex finance matters to non-finance people whilst also being logical and easy to approach. If you are currently studying towards ACCA/CIMA and are close to qualifying then applications are also welcome. This role would unfortunately not suit QBE accountants.
