APC Building Surveyor

Central London, Building Surveying vacancy, Mixed portfolio, competitive salary Your new company This multidisciplinary construction consultancy works with a diverse range of sectors including Education, Heritage, Ecclesiastical, Commercial, Automotive and Retail, Leisure and Residential. They have three offices within the UK and looking to expand their office in Central London with the addition of experienced Building Surveyors and Principal Designers to join this established company . Your new role You will be working on a variety of projects within London, with the majority of the work revolving around the education sector. You will assist schools and academies in the preparation of bid documents alongside all stages of projects from feasibility /scheme proposals to detailed designing and statutory approvals including building regulations and planning. You will also work on other projects that involve Party Wall matters and occasionally dilapidation. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will have a 'can do' attitude to ensure the successful delivery of your projects. You will be commercially minded and have good experience working with working within the education sector and good technical skills including CDM, Party Wall Matters and the ability to diagnose defects.
