Freelance Reactive Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical) - Leicester based - £20 to £25 per hour - Public Sector Your new company Hays Building Services are currently working in partnership with one of our Public Sector clients, who are seeking an outstanding individual who has a proven track record of leadership and delivery within the Mechanical industry. Your new role You will have a clear sense of responsibility and focus with the ability to provide technical leadership. You will support the organisation in coordinating all trades including Mechanical, Electrical & Gas Engineers with the ability to provide a high level of customer service to the organisations customers. You will be able to effectively manage the trades team across a large estate with the directly responsibility for the Mechanical trades. Responsibilities will also include formal meetings, disciplinaries where necessary with the role being predominantly office based. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role you will be have a strong knowledge and background in Mechanical (Building Services) Engineering, with an awareness of Electrical and Gas maintenance. Experience working directly for an organisation with a large Estate, with experience of managing multi-trades is essential. You will be suitably qualified with a City & Guilds in Plumbing / Heating or hold a relevant qualification.
