Project Manager - Permanent - Birmingham Your new company In your new job role, you will be working for an excellent nationwide consultancy. They are looking for a Project Manager to join their expanding Birmingham team on a permanent basis. This organisation offers excellent opportunities to work on exciting projects on an international platform within both the private and corporate sector. Your new role As part of your new role as Project manager you will be responsible for playing an integral role within the client team, the Project manager will be responsible for working within a dynamic workforce delivering projects to the highest level on behalf of key client accounts. The successful Project manager will also manage large projects where you will be point of contact for client liaison, presenting ideas and ensuring the delivery of the projects are to market leading standards. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will ideally have an RICS or similar accredited degree in a construction or property related subject. The successful Project manager will also be at a chartered level through the RICS or a similar organisation, if you're currently close to your chartership this would also be considered within your application. The Successful candidate will also exhibit strong soft skills including organisation, ability to multi task, highly analytical and be professional and presentable in appearance and manner. Finally, the successful Project manager will have worked for a similar professional organisation and have a track record of delivering similar projects successfully.
