New Job for recruitment consultant to join our successful and growing Luton office within construction. Recruitment Consultant Recruitment Consultant - Construction Luton An opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant in the Construction market. We are the largest recruitment company in the UK and are recruiting for a Consultant to join our high achieving Luton team - one of the top performing teams in Hays UK last year. You'll join as a Trainee/Consultant and will be given an industry leading 9 month training programme designed to give you all the skills and knowledge to become a local recruitment expert in your market and industry. With a mix of classroom, on-the-job and one-to-one coaching, you will be partnered with a senior recruitment expert to mentor you and help you hone and develop your skills. Our programme and support structure helps you to understand and implement best recruitment practice and is adapted to suit your individual learning needs. Whatever your background, our training will support you in becoming a recruiting expert and help you build a rewarding and successful career, as quickly as possible. As part of the role, you will be responsible for building and developing both existing and new relationships with companies and hiring managers, registering and advising candidates in your market and providing a premium, first class consultancy service on all aspects of recruitment to both hiring managers, business directors and job seekers.
