Overview
Gas Engineer Vacancy Your new company You will be working for a major Social Housing business within their in house maintenance team. Running over 12,000 properties within the Greater Manchester area, the business is looking for a plumber to carry out PPM and Reactive maintenance. Your new role To work within a team and solo on a range of domestic properties conducting multiple works including: Carrying out 'test and turn on's' for new customers Carrying out legal and warrant visits To support the team in managing all practices in order that they confirm to quality requirements of ISO9001 To carry out risk assessments and safe systems of work to legal and approved codes of practice What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will be fully proficient in the service, installation and repair of all Gas appliances. The candidate must also have valid experience in fault finding on a variety of conventional appliances. They must have a flexible approach to work. Candidates must also have City and Guilds, NVQ level 3 or equivalent and have ACS qualifications as a minimum CCN1, CEN1, HTR1, WAT1 and CKR1. Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
