Biogas Field Service Engineer £30,000 - £34,000 Overtime Renew Consultancy are working with a Power Generation company who are a leading provider of renewable and energy efficient solutions. This newly created requirement is for a Biogas Field Service Engineer to join their growing business and assist with service and maintenance of numerous Biogas sites across England. This is a national role and this opportunity will also involve occasional travel within Europe. This is a key role, requiring a vast amount of travel from a Biogas Field Service Engineer who thrives on providing a first time fix and a high level of customer service, in return my client can offer a variety of exciting challenges for the Biogas Field Service Engineer within the business including: Being responsible for providing essential mechanical service and maintenance Biogas generation sets. Using your proven mechanical engine knowledge & relevant experience to methodically resolve problematic biogas units. Fault finding and problem resolution. Servicing fuel gas boosters, gas compressors, filters, analyser boards. Changing sensors and fault finding. Optimising ultimate performance. Ensuring all H&S and service paperwork is up to date. Ideally the Biogas Field Service Engineer will be located within close proximity to a major motorway for easier travel across England and abroad. Exposure working in an ATEX environment would be beneficial.
