Overview
Part III or Qualified Architect Your new company Located in London in a tight-knit office you will be working in a mid sized company working on a large project encompassing the education, science and health sector. Your new role You will be working as part of a team on a new University/Education project. It is right at the start of the project and the studio will be taking it through all RIBA design stages, with a traditional contractor procurement route so a great opportunity for someone to be an integral part of a major scheme with lasting impact. Essentially you will have a positive and can-do attitude, with passion for the projects to which you've been involved thus far. What you'll need to succeed Part III or Qualified Architect (ARB/RIBA), you will ideally have excellent communication skills in all forms. We prefer you to be adept in Revit with knowledge of the BIM environment and a minimum 4-5 years PQE, preferably in a larger office. We are looking for someone who is experienced in rather complex projects, particularly in the Science sector such as lab buildings or health projects and in Universities.
