Responsibilities: You be responsible for carrying out the day-to-day operation of the flexible staffing system, including the placement of staff and the delivery of that information to clients e.g. Trust managers and bank staff. The post holder will be responsible for participating in all operational aspects of the service. Key responsibilities: -Maximise staff bookings by accurate data entry of availability and bookings, updating associate availability to ensure an accurate standby list each day -Maintain and update databases -Ensure timely and accurate data entry of Bank and Agency shifts -Manage the online bookings to ensure they are a true reflection of the current filled and unfilled shifts -Monthly clean of the system, to ensure all accruals are accurate -Analysis of weekly and monthly reports to identify bank staffing shortages for recruitment team -Must be able to do weekly shift patterns What we can offer you In exchange for your hard work we can offer you a competitive salary Quarter bonus, in addition to excellent company benefits which include 25 days annual leave bank holidays which increase with years of service, company pension scheme where we match your contribution up to 5% plus many more benefits.
