Who are we working with? Permanent People are working on behalf of an innovative recruitment firm specialising within the Financial Services and Banking Sectors. Our client is based in central Amsterdam and are known for their award-winning bespoke consultative style, which has earnt them a brilliant reputation within the industry. What does the role entail? Our client is looking for a talented recruiter to join their ambitious team in Amsterdam, which is a small but successful team of experienced recruiters. The successful candidate will take over a warm desk placing high quality professionals specialising within the FinTech market on a permanent or contract basis, whilst managing the full recruitment life cycle. The desk has a well-established client base, comprised of some of the world’s leading Finance and Technology brands, therefore the successful candidate will be required to maintain existing client relationships whilst confidently approaching prospective clients in order to bring on new business. Are you our ideal candidate? Minimum 1 year’s recruitment experience within any professional service sector Additional European language beneficial but not essential Exceptional communication skills Confident expertly networking with global candidates and clients Ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously - our client does not enforce KPIs or micromanagement Why should you apply?
