IT 1st LINE SUPPORT SURREY About the IT 1st Line Support Role: Our client is looking for a IT Support candidate to join a busy specialist software business who are a fast growing company. The ideal candidate will be intelligent, resourceful and reliable with an excellent telephone manner. Calm under pressure, you will have a real commitment to customer service and be eager to contribute to the success of a business whose support is hailed as some of the best around. Any experience of the following would be viewed as a bonus but is by no means essential: • Frontline support in a Windows environment • Working knowledge MS SQL Server and or MS Access • Experience of accountancy or accounts software preferable Please note if you have not been contacted by Plum Personnel within seven days then unfortunately on this occasion you have been unsuccessful.
