The Project… This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with Financial/Accounting experience to join the UK business to help review the current systems and then recommend & implement new solutions that deliver user friendly metrics to the design leads & team. It is anticipated that this would be a 3-6 month project. Currently using Sage as a finance/accounting system, it is envisaged that this will remain in situ but be supported by dashboard metrics (potentially new software) that enable the Design project leads to efficiently monitor their client project status, stage completion and financial metrics (such as budget, amounts billed and project profitability) etc. What you’ll bring… Strong Project Management experience, particularly within marketing/design agency space Proven experience in leading the planning and implementation of new systems/processes with commercial awareness Exposure to service-led environments, with an understanding of the profitability measures in such businesses Ideally you’ll have PRINCE2 or similar accreditation; possibly also an accountancy qualification. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills You should be commercially minded with the ability to get people engaged and build effective working relationships across UK and international teams to achieve great delivery outcomes Excellent time management and the ability to work within timeframes, as well as excellent organisational skills Due to the high level of applications we will not be able to respond to all applicants.
