HR Administrator; Luton; £12.00/hr PAYE; 12 month contract Our client based in Luton is a world leader in the production of transparencies and ice protection systems for both civil and military markets. To deliver the critical technology they need, we trust our employees to draw on their ingenuity and passion to deliver those solutions. The Role: Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor. This role will be a key point of contact for Managers and employees and is responsible for the provision of effective HR support to the HR Team. Duties and Responsibilities: - Processing of new starter, changes and leaver paperwork - Collaborate with HR Assistant - Recruiter to process incoming CV's and liaise with Agencies - Recruitment administration - arranging interviews, contracts, references, DBS etc. - Recording sickness and absence data - Update HR databases - SAP Success Factors - Hire/Pool Car administration - Produce generate documents e.g. letters, presentations and spreadsheets utilising standard IT packages i.e. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint. - Inputting, collating and reporting of HR data - Conducting exit interviews - Coordinate arrangements for meetings and training - Maintain employee and training files - Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities reading professional publications CIPD/websites - Any other reasonable duties - Be compliant with the Company's Environmental, Health & Safety and Energy procedures. Experience/Skills: - Able to demonstrate initiative, prioritise and organise own work - Ability to communicate effectively at all levels - Accuracy and high attention to detail - Good and clear communication skills both written and verbal - Excellent time management - Professional and confidential - Confidence with IT and computer packages - Ability to work well under pressure - Trustworthy and reliable - Demonstrable knowledge of GDPR regulations - Previous experience within an HR and Manufacturing environment would be advantageous Human Resources; HRBP; CIPD; HR Generalist;; Resource Planning; Trade Unions; Stakeholder management; HR Advisor; Employment Law; People Management; Learning and Development; SAP; Recruitment; Morson is acting as a recruitment business in relation to this vacancy.
