As a national company with contracts across the UK, we are big enough to cope with any size of contract; whilst being small enough to care about every detail of the service we provide to our clients. The role of the Head of HR (Maternity Cover) will be to manage all aspects of the HR function, including but not limited to; policies, advice to management on people issues, recruitment, employee engagement, reward & benefits & managing relationships with our key stakeholders, alongside leading the delivery of our HR Strategy in line with our 4 core values. You will also be required to manage the central HR Administrator & co-manage the Divisional HR Managers to ensure HR excellence across the business at all times. Key tasks will be: To assist the MD's with the management & development of the Divisional HR Managers To take ownership of the implementation & delivery of the HR strategy To establish & maintain strong relationships with all internal stakeholders, and be the point of contact for our external HR/Legal partner To report to the senior management team on a number of points including staff turnover, case statistics & current ET claims To support the business with new contract mobilisations (to be a TUPE expert) To take the lead on all employee engagement initiatives, including facilitation of the Company wide survey & collation / analysis of the results To undertake site audits & quality assessments of our front line teams We are currently going through a period of extensive growth, with multiple contract mobilisations and through acquisitions of new businesses.
