JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: HR Advisor DEPARTMENT: Human Resources Akton Recruitment are seeking to employ a HR Advisor for a client in Telford. JOB PURPOSE The purpose of the role as a HR Advisor is to provide support, advice and guidance to both internal and external people on best practice, change, policies and procedures. You will also be expected to also be actively involved in the development and review of Human Resource Policy and Procedure documents. REQUIREMENTS: - Demonstratable experience of providing professional people management advice. - Knowledge of employment legislation, people management policy and practice. - An understanding of how to combine development and legislative solutions to resolve issues. - Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across an organisation and with external customers. - Great oral and written communication skills.
