Overview

Are you great with people and keen to make a difference for customers in Telford and Shropshire? We are looking for two Bank Workers on zero hour contracts to work alongside our team of Support Workers at our schemes in Telford and Shropshire. You will be working with young people at risk of homelessness and individuals with mental health, housing and support needs. The roles will involve shift work to cover our day and night shifts. These roles would be ideally suited to someone who has some spare time in their week to cover available shifts, sometimes at short notice. The purpose of this role is to provide ad-hoc housing related support to vulnerable people who live on the schemes. You will work with our Support Workers to provide a detailed handover of any information from each other's shifts as well as maintaining the security of our building and developing positive relationships with our customers. Previous experience is desired, but we are equally interested in your positive attitude, integrity, initiative and an approach to delivering excellent customer service.
