Qualified Conveyancer - Shropshire - National Work
Overview
My client is a national law firm with an outstanding reputation of providing first class high street legal services across the country. An excellent new opportunity has appeared in their Telford branch, due to the expansion & growth of their client base. You will be working in one of the most well established conveyancing departments within Shropshire and will therefore be part of a strong team, with plenty of support in place. You must be a qualified conveyancer to fit in with the structure of this team, so therefore only Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancer and FCILEX's will be considered for this position. Although you will have Paralegal assistance, you must be capable of running your own caseload from inception to completion and be comfortable dealing with caseload sizes above 80 matters. This role will primarily focus on dealing with New Build matters from a client base that includes a national developers. This practice have a structure in place that allows you to develop your career and progress through the ranks and take on further responsibilities, such as supervision and management. This specific role will see you working in the same office as the head of department, so you will also have input into aspects such as work management, business development and recruitment. There will be an attractice package on offer for the succesful candidate with benefits & bonus scheme also included, with salary most likely to fall in the £35,000 - £40,000 ball park.
