Overview

Facilities Manager ACS are now recruiting a Facilities Manager (Temporary) to work within a successful law firm in Liverpool City Centre. The role is a temporary post, initially one month with review to consider a rolling contract. The successful candidate must be available to commence work immediately. Daily building checks to ensure a safe, comfortable and functional office including meeting room and equipment checks plus common areas Responsible for ordering office supplies in relation to premises matters Floor support as required for busy office environment Liaising with suppliers/contractors for repairs/renewals and replacement equipment and supplies General administration to ensure all emergency site procedures are available and regularly checked/updated Regular meetings and communication with building management and team for day to day operational on-site issues/repairs Oversee Health and Safety matters to ensure records are up to date and in compliance with relevant legislation Previous experience of office services environment required Good knowledge of Microsoft programmes and Outlook
