Operations & Facilities Administrator Are you an experience administrator or assistant? looking for your next big career move within operations/ facilities? My client, a leading and award-winning international commercial law firm with offices in Liverpool, Manchester, London and more are looking for an operations admin to join their team based in Liverpool. With more than 840 people including 175 partners and legal directors they are one of the most trusted advisers within the industry. In the role, you will be reporting to the operations manager assisting with administration and practical support. You will be looking at the health and safety in all offices, you will be ensuring compliance, offering assistance on strategic review and developing the general day to day operations of the company. To be successful you will: Good organisation skills and diary management Ability to work under pressure Experience of working within a busy office environment Good customer service skills Any knowledge of health and safety/ risk assessment is a benefit.
