My client, an award-winning International Law Firm based in Liverpool City Centre are looking to recruit an experienced Post Room Facilities Assistant . JOB OVERVIEW An opportunity has arisen for a Post Room Facilities Assistant. You will be working as part of a busy and well-established team supporting Fee Earners with key services such as scanning, post and reprographics. This is an ideal career opportunity for anyone looking to develop their existing Facilities skills whilst providing an excellent opportunity to learn new skills from other aspects of our Facilities team. JOB DESCRIPTION Scanning - ensuring processes and quality standards are met and images are processed and available when required Assist with processing, distribution and dispatch of inbound and outbound mail Dealing with internal and external telephone enquiries Applying costs using cost recovery systems Reprographics - including high volume copying and printing of documents and CD/DVD creation. Meet or exceed agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) measures and customer expectations Co-ordinating with various contractors and suppliers Ensure all internal and external queries are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner Ensuring the office always remains presentable and fit for purpose in all respects and ESSENTIAL Scanning, post room and reprographics experience Experience and understanding of SLA’s Ability to work safely and unsupervised within Health and Safety regulations Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure Excellent IT skills The ability to work as part of a team and independently Excellent customer service skills Good communication skills Willingness to work outside normal office hours if required DESIRABLE Previous experience of providing Facilities Services within a legal environment COMPANY BENEFITS 25 days annual leave Birthday privilege day Christmas shutdown Holiday buy and sell and carryover scheme Charity volunteering days Smart working Private medical insurance Permanent health insurance Health cash plan Maternity, paternity, adoption, shared parental leave, special leave Life assurance Annual travel season ticket loan Dress for your day Training opportunities
