Overview

A proven Commercial Account Executive is sought by a leading insurance broker to be an integral part of the next stage of their regional growth strategy. You will inherit a client book valued at approximately £320,000 commission income. The clients are from a range of industry sectors and range from £15000 - £60,000 commission income. Your role is to renew and expanad your client portfolio to agreed targets, through new business generation via marketing, cold calling and networking, some leads will be provided. There is a strong support network to aid you, including an experienced handling and claims teams. The type of individual that will thrive in this entrepreneurial organisation is a pro-active, well organised team player, who has gained a solid technical grounding within commercial insurance and whom has the drive and ambition to grow their client bank. You will work closely with the Directors of the division on client development and retention strategies and be an important element of the evolution of this highly respected brokerage.
