As part of continuous success and development, our client is seeking a qualified solicitor to service demand for conveyancing services from our commercial client base. The Opportunity: This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to join a dedicated team of Commercial Property lawyers who have many years experience in all types of Commercial Property transactions. You will be responsible a varied caseload of Commercial property transactions Commercial property transactions which is of a high calibre and with diverse clients who are based both regionally and nationally. In addition, the firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package which includes a minimum of 26 days of holiday per year plus bank holidays. What’s Needed to be considered? A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (Minimum of 2 years PQE) Have experience of working in a Commercial Property department across a range of clients, handling a variety of issues Be able to build relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and widen knowledge Job Synonyms: Commercial Property Solicitor, Commercial Solicitor, Commercial Property Lawyer, Commercial Property Legal Executive, Commercial Property Associate.
