Overview
As part of continuous success and development, our client is seeking a qualified solicitor to join their Land and Development team. The Opportunity: This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing team, with a succesful reputation as one of the leading law firms in the Housebuilding sector in the south west. The team acts for a significant number of private Housebuilders, Land Promoters and Landowners on a varied range of high value housebuilding projects from bespoke two-five home sites to mid range 20-200 units to 1000 unit strategic land projects. Additionally, the team also works on a number of bespoke commercial development transactions each year. The role will have a diverse caseload and you will be the lead lawyer handling Option Agreements Promotion Agreements, Strategic Land assembly, Conditional Sale Agreements, unconditional sales and purchases, Planning Agreements, Affordable Housing disposals, Infrastructure Agreements and more. A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (0 years PQE) Have experience of working in a Commercial Property department across a range of clients, handling a variety of issues Be able to build relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and widen knowledge What next?
