Overview
Our client are a London based IT consultancy, established 20 years, delivering IT support and project services to companies largely in the London area. They are structured into various teams consisting of 1st Line, 2nd Line and lastly 3rd Level Support and Projects. Currently, they are looking for an IT Support specialist to join their 2nd Line team. You will have at least 2 - 3 years' experience of supporting Windows environments, PCs, general hardware and software as well as peripherals. Progression exists to move into the 3rd level team, depending on performance at a later stage. Required Skills - Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written - 2 Years' experience supporting Windows desktop environments - 2 Years' experience supporting messaging systems - 2 Years general PC hardware and/or software support Desirable, but not essentials Skills - Hyper V - Cisco - Microsoft Certs - Cisco Certs
