Overview
I am currently recruiting for assistant caretakers for a client in Guildford and surround areas. This position will involve working alongside the head caretaker and other team members. Duties will include but not be limited to; Routine building inspections Liaising with contractors Ensure all health & safety measures are adhered to by contractors Moving vehicles - You will be required to hold a full, clean UK license General cleaning Provide portarage duties for deliveries and removal of furniture This positions is for approx 12 months on a fixed term contract however subject to extension. You will be required to work 36 hours per week and there could be the option of overtime. Whist you will predominantly be working from one site, you need to be available to travel to 4 others sites as and when required. For his position, you will need to undergo a vetting process and must have a clean criminal record to be considered. Due to the current situation, first stage interviews will be held over a skype call or similar.
