Overview
Scrum Master Halifax 6 Months My tier 1 banking client have a brand new & exciting opportunity for a Scrum Master based in Halifax. The role will be initially for 6 months, but there may be possibility for extensions. My client is looking for an experienced Scrum Master, so somebody who has been in this position currently or in recent roles. The Role Facilitates the Centre of Excellence Development and Analysis for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team. Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology. Responsible for removing remove the impediments for the scrum team. Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process. Helps Product Owners to ensure the product backlogs are in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint. Responsible for conducting retrospective meetings. Organizes and facilitates the sprint planning meeting. Acts as safeguard for the team and acts as the established expert on adopting new ways of working and enabling regular and continuous product and service improvements for customers and clients. Works independently and provides guidance and training to others to reduce the risk of 'big bang' delivery and proves the value predictions earlier by adopting an agile delivery approach. Anticipates and balances the needs of multiple stakeholders. For example, ensures that the organisation can balance the needs of multiple stakeholder groups. Speaks clearly about the need for the organisation to adhere to strong ethics and show cultural skills when working with internal and external stakeholders.
