HR Business Partner -Health Care - 75k - 9 month FTC Our client is the largest international supplier and employer of public service support staff and infrastructure. They are recognised for their ability to over come challenges and improve the lives of both their employees and clients. Despite the current climate, they are constantly winning new contracts so this role is fast moving and looking to be filled quickly. They are seeking a talented individual to oversee employee relations, drive culture management, and innovate across the HR function. You will be based across several sites in east London and you will report directly into the Regional Senior HR Business Partner. Key Skills Required: Solid experience as a HR Business Partner working with operational and management teams Exceptional all round HR knowledge, talented in problem solving within a fast paced environment, and a natural desire to do the 'right thing' Experience working within the public sector, healthcare, and with trade unions is particularly desirable Track record of successes in employee relations, talent acquisition, retention, engagement, development and change This is a great opportunity to get stuck into an industry facing huge change and pace in the coming months. Although a fixed term contract, there is an opportunity for becoming permanent followed by excellent career progression.
