Job Title: Financial adviser Industry: Financial Services Location: Essex Starting Salary: Starting salary £40,000 (negotiable above depending on experience) Reference number: 13083 Job description: Recruit UK are currently working with a chartered financial planning firm in Essex who are looking to take on financial advisers to continue their organic development. An established firm founded in 2008 with an excellent reputation and client centric approach. They have an excellent remuneration package with considerable opportunities for salary raises. The basic salary starts at £40,000 however is flexible to be increased depending on adviser experience. The bonus is validated at 3x salary, after which you will receive 100% of business generated yourself or 75% of business written if it is generated from leads or clients given to you. They do not require you to have AUM to bring across, just that you are confident giving client facing advice and they will provide everything you need to be successful.
