Overview
Lead AV Installation Engineer – This is a fresh in position for an experienced (circa 4years) engineer that is looking to take on a new challenging role. The end client is a growing av residential systems integrator that need a new installer to come on board and grow with them. You will be tasked with being a hands on installer, managing your own projects, working closer with clients and helping to bring the projects in on time and budget. This means you will need to be client facing and bring an excellent attention to detail to your finished work. Hands on wise you need to be able to build / commission / test av racks, the ability to solder, crimp and terminate all manner of connectors / cables and have good experience with all stages of installation. The majority of the installations will be in or around London the ability to negotiate London traffic and get to site / office on time is paramount. This is a position best suited to someone that is happy to work in a team environment as opposed to being one of many employers. Previous hands on experience of installing and programming Lutron, uploading configuration and integration of Crestron, IT Home Networks is needed and if you have any experience programming these control systems then please make sure this is clearly visible. Training is also on offer to increase and refresh your skills within the world of AV.
