As the manager & Team Leader you will have a Sales recruitment team that specialise in IT and Technology ,dedicated to bring in new business in the East Midlands CRM /lead generator and new clients for you to work with immediately Marketing manager ,creating literature for the IT division Internal Recruiter helping to hire future IT recruitment consultants for the team Training for your team of recruiters We will consider those experienced recruiters seeking a first step into management .As a team leader or managing consultant you will be given training in Head office and a training manager dedicated to your management training .You will become a specialist team leader and a quality recruiter in the niche IT sector.
