Overview
Your new company Your new job working as a Claims Technician handling North American risks means you will be working for an international independent Lloyd's Broker based in the City. Your new Lloyd's Broker are a young and dynamic Brokers who specialise in complex cross-class risks to include; contingency and accident and health, cyber, professional liability, management risk and general liability. Due to growth within the Technical department a permanent job for a Claims Technician has arisen. Your new role Your new job working as a Claims Technician is working for a small and dynamic team, where you will be responsible for processing claims onto the internal systems. You will be expected to keep the electronic filing of correspondence up to date and submitting claims on ECF Liaising with Clients, TPAs and Underwriters etc. You will be responsible for processing monthly claims bordereaux for binding authorities. What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience working as a Claims Technician handling Non Marine North American risks will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will be confident in your ability to communicate effectively and professionally with people with various levels of knowledge; face to face, over the telephone and in writing. You must have attention to detail, be highly motivates and have good attention to Detail . You will be computer literate in Microsoft software to include Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. What you'll get in return You'll be offered a competitive salary up to £40,000 dependant on experience plus a benefits package. You'll receive support from both Directors and Managers and enjoy working as a Claims Technician handling cross class business.
