We have an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Sales Executive within our Residential Conveyancing department. The role will be working within the Residential Conveyancing Department’s New Business Team to sign up new customers seeking assistance from our lawyers with their property sales, purchases and re-mortgages. As the Conveyancing Sales Executive you will provide a high level of customer service and will have a strong focus on converting new leads into instructed cases through telephone contact with enquiring customers. The hours for this role are Monday - Friday 9-5. You’ll need talent, ambition, focus and drive. We’ll also need you to have fantastic organisational skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities; • Delivering first rate customer service • Nurturing relationships with key introducers • Converting interactions with potential customers to secure business & building a strong base of returning customers • Effective outbound dial to connect ratios supporting the growth of the business • Growing a pipeline to continually expand our volume conveyancing operation • Managing capacity across a team of Fee Earners • Constructing appropriate quotes for the case type • Identify potential customers and high risk transactions • Live and breathe "The S&G Way" About You; • Previous sales experience • Excellent communication skills • Polite and confident telephone manner • Strong ability to listen and retain information • Sales 'instinct’ for closing a deal • Develop a range of sales techniques to fit the individual customer’s circumstances • Ability to build rapport with a wide range of people Company Values; Our values provide the framework for how we engage with our colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
