Overview
Technical Support Originally established in 1994, who are now recognised as one of Microsoft's most highly regarded AI partners are recruiting for a Technical support person to join their technical team based in Basingstoke Technical support role main job duties- Dealing with 1st and 2nd line support. Provide real time response\resolution to customer support inquiries Interact with our customers over the phone, e-mail and remote sessions Diagnose problem causes and provide solutions Ensure continuous monitoring of customer issues until they are resolved We are seeking a technical candidate who has experience in 1st and 2nd line support ,has excellent communications skills , whether responding by phone or email. Being able to support the technical team in other areas as and when needed , by being a real team player Knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Office 365, Azure Salary 26- 30K depending on experience
