Overview
Maintenance Assistant Location: Stockport Salary: £10 per hour Hours: Full Time - Permanent Job Responsibilities: Experience including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting/ decorating or general building maintenance work IT literacy, Health & Safety and the ability to conduct first level fault-finding Good planning and organisational skills are required Complete the daily job list and Preventative Maintenance Plan Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment within the hotel Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned Required Skills: IOSH certificate Knowledge of building management Someone who has worked in a hotel environment as a, Handyman or Maintenance Engineer If you think you have the right skills to join, then get in touch.
