They currently have an excellent opportunity for a Claims Handler to join them in their Bristol office within their professional negligence team. Your new role As a Claims Handler in the Bristol office you will typically be working on indemnity cases to provide timely, professional and a high-quality service to clients. You will be handling your own caseload and your primary area of work will include resolving claims through negotiation, maintaining client contact and handling confidential information. You will typically work on professional indemnity cases up to a value of £50k and/or more straightforward cases without complex coverage issues (e.g. surveyor and estate agent claims). What you'll need to succeed You will have experience working as a claims paralegal or within the field of professional indemnity along with an excellent academic record. Our client are also interested to hear from conveyancing paralegals and/or legal assistants. You will be proactive, able to work in pressured environments and enjoy working both on your own and in team.
