After Claims Advisor

Our client is seeking a After Claims Advisor to join their team in Bristol. Your role will be to identify and refer, where appropriate, the additional services available to a customer following a claim on their motor policy. As an After Claims Advisor your role and responsibility will include: Customer facing role to provide post claim services following a motor insurance claim Being able to maximise customer uptake on post claim services including personal injury referrals and optional products Identify whether marketing consents has been obtained, prior to communication with the customer, that will dictate the direction taken Record all actions accurately on the broking operational systems Promoting a culture of treating customers fairly (TCF) and ensuring TCF is applied to all consumer contact To undertake other reasonable responsibilities as required to support the team Adhere to internal policies and procedures as well as regulatory rules and principles including COCON Work at all times lawfully and in accordance with pre-defined regulatory, compliance and financial requirements, e.g. GDPR, Health and Safety, and the FCA To apply for the role of an After Claims Advisor you must have the following skills: Able to work with autonomy and as part of a team Excellent attention to detail and accuracy to work outputs at all times Ability to work in an organised manner and to have an excellent standard within strict deadlines Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all department Good IT skills Good Communicator inc. being friendly and empathetic Value Focused Positive 'can do’ attitude Agile How to apply: To apply for this role please forward your CV in confidence quoting reference 6388KB or alternatively, please do not hesitate to contact us for a confidential discussion.
