Overview

Do you have administration experience with customer service to rival the best? You could be the perfect fit for our Administrator / Receptionist role based within our head office in Central Sheffield. Yours will be the first face that visitors to branch will see; both clients and candidates. You will meet and greet, and know the next steps to take depending on who they are. Likewise, your voice will probably be the first anyone hears over the phone. Your professionalism will shine through to the caller as you signpost them to the correct member of staff. However you won’t just be sat behind the reception desk answering calls all day. You will be a core member of our recruitment administration team as well- undertaking tasks such as; accurately inputting / updating data into our CRM system, screening and sourcing candidates, ensuring paperwork is compliant or contacting the DVLA to perform regular driver checks. You will thrive in a busy, deadline-driven environment as we keep up with client demand. So being able to hit the ground running is important, however don’t worry on anything business specific as we will train you on that.
