Overview
A temporary part time vacancy to cover maternity leave has arisen within the team and we are looking to appoint Senior Practitioner's to join our thriving service. As a member of Foster Swansea, you will assist in the effective recruitment, supervision and support of foster carers, striving towards excellent service delivery and outcomes for children & families. The post holder will lead on practice developments within the team and will have responsibility for some staff supervision. You must possess a Social Work Qualification, be registered with Social Care Wales and have up to date knowledge and experience of working in a multi-agency/inter-disciplinary environment and knowledge of the functioning of the main agencies involved in this area of responsibility. This post is available for 9 months initially.
