Overview
Are you a Senior Care Assistant looking for your next role? As a Senior Care Assistant in Swansea, Llanelli, Neath, Ammanford and the surrounding towns, you'll be a caregiving expert who enjoys nothing more than improving the day-to-day lives of the people you look after. Our handy app, HealthForceGo enables our staff to get auto-assigned shifts and submit timesheets with the press of a button. You can also access NHS-registered GPs through a Virtual GP app and mental health support, exclusive to Newcross staff, to ensure you can care for yourself, too. Minimum requirements You'll be an experienced carer with a minimum of 3 months of experience, with a valid certificate in Moving and Handling, and the right to live and work in the UK. We also expect you to demonstrate our core values of trust, empathy and expertise on every shift. Passion and determination to bring comfort and joy to our service users is a must. You will need access to a smart device with an internet connection to pick up shifts and submit timesheets through our app, HealthForceGo.
