Overview

Join our innovative team based in Totton where you can lead by example, enjoying an excellent training programme, strong career progression - and deliver outstanding support through the unique ‘Activate’ model, proven to make a measurable difference to people’s lives and your professional satisfaction. This service is a registered service where we support five people with learning disabilities and autism. They communicate in various ways from verbal to using signs and pictures. The Dimensions team supports four men and one lady in Totton and they enjoy lots of activities which include cinema, bike-ability, walking, shopping and pottery. We have two waking night Support Workers per night as the building has two separate sides however we work as a team to provide 24/7 support.
