Overview
This is a great opportunity for a talented and professional buyer to join the team within this FMCG business who are growing rapidly wanting to become the clear leader in their field. The role will be to manage the total buying process for the business, sourcing packaging and dry goods from around the world, predominantly from Europe and the Far East. It is a fast paced environment as design and development is a major part of this companies DNA and the purchasing function needs to be reactive and responsive, yet strategic in its outlook and tough in its negotiating. You will be organised, determined and a capable buyer who will be at the heart of this organisation. Ian addition you will be tasked with buying everything else for the business from indirects through to the coffee So we are looking for someone down to earth with a role up the sleeves mentality. You ideally will have had experience of buying both packaging from Europe and goods from the Far East. You will be keen to progress your career and be looking for an opportunity to really progress your career in a dynamic and forward thinking business.
